Softening Our Hearts for Healing through gentle self-intake and awareness, we can learn how homeopathic and aromatherapy methods can have a profound ability to make subtle changes with results that shift and touch other areas of our lives. The first part in cultivating joy is softening our hearts to healing and possibilities. There will be two parts to the evening with a short break in the middle.

Cultivating a Habit of Joy is a creative process. Having the courage to make joyful changes and knowing what that looks like can be new to many people. A place of overflowing contentment, finding peace within the chaos, and re-framing perspectives, are topics we will be exploring and actively applying during the evening. There will be two parts to the evening with a short break in the middle.

Aimee Marples graduated from the Canadian College of Homeopathic Medicine in 2011. Homeopathy is a gentle form of medicine that can help any person at any age, with any type of illness. Aimee has experience treating many types of illnesses including: Anxiety, depression, ADD, ADHD, asthma, psoriasis, eczema and many forms of skin conditions, women’s hormonal health (such as pregnancy, infertility, puberty, PMS, menopause) thyroid conditions, bladder & urinary infect., sinus infections & nasal polyps, children specific symptoms(colic, teething, fever, cough, cold, flu, tonsillitis, bed wetting), auto-immune disorders, diabetes, & more. Aimee enjoys spending time with her husband and two vital children, camping, reading, yoga, partaking in waterskiing, snowboarding and creating delicious meals at home.

Sarah Feiner has been offering clinical and subtle aromatherapy in the community and her private practice for over four years. She has offered Tree Medicine walks, classes on the spiritual properties of essentials oils as well as practical application for various age groups and needs. She graduated in 2001 as an RMT and had supported many individuals with chronic pain management, PTSD, anxiety, and making lifestyle changes. After retiring her Rmt designation last year, she is able to focus on Clinical Hypnotism for individuals and groups (from U of T), Therapeutic Sound for clients and gatherings, Clinical Aromatherapy, hospice care, and finish her studies in Traditional Herbalism. Sarah enjoys writing, walking her dogs in the forest, spending time with her husband and three active sons, sledding, snowshoeing, plant photography, yoga and her prayerful meditation practice.
